The dates are Thursday 13th May  to Sunday 16th May 2010.
We expect our guests to arrive in Lympstone from about 5pm on Thursday.  They will depart at 9am on Sunday.  They will be coming by coach which will be half full, so we can expect to use spare places on our Friday trip

Outline plan as of 10.3.2010:

Thursday 5pm:  French arrive at Saddlers' Arms carpark and are met by Lympstone hosts

Friday     8am sharp: Coach departs Saddlers' Arms carpark for Totnes
            10am : depart Totnes on Dart ferry to Dartmouth
             noon:  lunch at Alf Resco - hosts pay for their lunches, LTA pays for B-B guests
            ~4pm:  coach returns party from Dartmouth to Lympstone

Saturday
                Guided tour of Lympstone for guests with translation whilst Committee members & helpers decorate Village Hall
                6pm  Dinner & Entertainment in Village Hall - hosts £10, non-hosting Lympstonians £20, B-B LTA pays

Sunday    9am Coach departs Saddlers' Arms carpark
