I am a Bilingual Notary Public (English / Spanish) and I serve the California Central Coast including San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.  I have been doing notarial work since 1984, primarily in conjunction with running a busy escrow desk.  I function full time as a notary public now, and look forward to serving you and your clients.  I speak English and Spanish fluently, and am well known in the title and escrow communities in the two counties.  I carry $100,000.00 in errors and omission insurance along with the prerequisite bonds.  I am on the approved signers list for Fidelity National Title Company / Chicago Title, LandAmerica / Lawyers Title, Old Republic Title, First American Title and others.  I am GLBA Compliant, having obtained my background check through the National Notary Association.

I am e-doc capable, with a dual tray laser printer.  My fees are reasonable and I am fast, reputable and responsible with the ability to do the job right the first time, every time.
