2009-10-18 Added HTML Window widget
      Text: add more examples for gridProperty and choiceProperty

I use wxGlade to design GUI and I found it limited in the small selection of Widgets included. However it have large potential for 'local'  (or plug-in) widgets. So here is my contribution to try and improve on the range of wxWidget supported.

 As as start for version 0.1alpha I have two local widgets: the checklist and the knob control, plus a primitive how-to for adding your prefered Widget to the local toolbox. Over time, I hope to complete the document and have a dozen widgets on the local panel.
