About PTA Loma Verde School PTA is an organization of parents, teachers, staff and administrators who support the school and its students. Their mission is to enrich the educational experience for all children, to support the teachers and staff, and to provide opportunities for increased parent involvement in the school. They also provide a forum for parents to learn about issues affecting the school, such as school district policies and finance. Have you joined the PTA? It's not too late!! The Loma Verde PTA is always happy to welcome new members.Membership is only $10 per person and each parent can join. Where does my membership money go? The membership fee, along with all other fundraiser money we raise, goes toward all of the wonderful programs at our school. With 400 students at Loma Verde, the PTA will spend about $250 per child during this year on the programs listed below. Every student will benefit from these programs. Computers/Technology - $21,000 Classroom Field Trips - $11,100 Classroom Enrichment - $17,000 School Admin.
