Guidance Department Student Services Staff Seniors - Have you completed your college applications? What are you waiting for? As of Friday at 2 PM Student Services has sent out 87 transcripts for 37 seniors. This means that 59 seniors have not requested ANY transcripts to be sent out yet. Many schools have priority deadlines coming up starting on or about December 1. In order to beat these deadlines the Roundey Rule of Thumb (RRT) is that students should submit their college applications (and request transcripts) by Thanksgiving. Be aware also that if your college application requires a letter of recommendation (or two) you should be asking teachers (or others) NOW for those letters so there is plenty of time to get them written. Powerschool Survey - Mr. Roundey is currently taking coursework at Saint Louis University towards a PhD in Education. The one assignment for his current course is to evaluate an educational program at Lutheran High School and determine if the program is successful in meeting the goals established for the program. In order to gather data for this project he has created a Student Survey and a Parent Survey. Each survey has 10 questions and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation is completely voluntary and all answers will remain anonymous. To complete the appropriate survey, please follow the link below. These surveys will remain available until October 31. Thanks for your help.
