My role here was to provide technical support at a number of locations.

This included  

Training staff & students in using Apple Mac Hardware & Software.

Training staff & students in using Video & Audio Systems.

Deal with questions & day to day technical issues that arose.

Operate Computers, Cameras & Audio systems to record, edit & distribute educational material using Final Cut Studio.

Keeping informed of current commercial systems to provide advice on upgrades.

Compiling spreadsheets & documents for budget submissions.

Installing & maintaining Computer, Video & Audio Systems.

Explaining technical issues to non-technical staff.

Assisting users from PC & Mac background to use Mac OS X

My experience with Mac OS X started in 2002 just after its launch.
