Retired in 2006 from Hatton National Bank,a leading private Commercial Bank in Sri Lanka,as senior deputy general manager,International and investment banking.Director of HNB Securties and HNB stock brokers prior to retirement and a director of DFCC Bank,the Premier Development Bank in Sri lanka,from june 2006 to 2008.Currently serving on the boards of Ceylinco Savings Bank and Minerva Finacial Solutions.Banking consultant to Ceylinco Consolidated(oversear)Private Limited.Past president of Sri Lanka forex Association and Chartered Management institute UK Sri Lanka branch.A fellow of the Chartered Management Institute UK.

Dr Pole started work as a practicing doctor in the 1970s but soon specialized in public health and epidemiology; obtaining an MD in community medicine. Following this he worked for the World Health Organization as epidemiologist in West Africa where he studied tropical disease risk factors and taught public health in Accra University.
In the 1980s he worked as a consultant in health economics and public health in Switzerland. He became a senior program manager in the international department of the Swiss Red Cross in 1991 and for 10 years managed healthcare projects in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and North Africa for the Swiss Government. These projects included the restoration of healthcare systems following the fall of communism, introduction of modern healthcare technology and development of epidemiological systems to measure morbidity and mortality.
From 2002-2005 he was a senior program manager working at the WHO country office in Colombo, Sri Lanka where he was involved in many of the community health programs in the country. The main projects he worked on during this period were the JBIC-funded blood transfusion service improvement, the World-Bank-funded North East Reconstruction Project, the Ratnapura floods response and the WHO tsunami relief activities. In the last 3 years, he has worked as a consultant to the Austrian/Swiss Red Cross to install disease notification systems in government hospitals in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka.

She is the Managing Partner of Lunar Tours & Travels a travel firm founded by her in 1992.She started her career in the Finance Division of Air Ceylon Ltd in 1970 the then National Career of Sri Lanka.
With the closure of Air Ceylon Ltd in 1979 she ventured into the travel & tourism industry & served as the General Manager of a reputed Travel firm until she set up Lunar Tours & Travels.She was instrumental in setting up Lunar Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.

A very senior businessman with over 40 years experience in Shipping,Chartering,Brokerage & Shipchandling,Import/Export,Travel & tours trade and also worked on motion films production.
Held the position of Co-ordination Secretary to the Minister of Western Region Development,Minister of transport and the Minister of Muslim Affairs.
A past President of the Rotary Club of Colombo EAST.Introduced Hyundai Motor Car & Hyundai Rolling Stock of South Korea to Sri Lanka.

Qualified & trained in Business management & administration, counts over 40 years of administrative experience in the private sector of Sri Lanka, having been associated with many leading multinational organizations. Has held senior Managerial positions in the fields of Sales & Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Manufacturing & Real Estate development, with representation at Board level as both, an Executive Director and C.E.O.
Has also been a Board member of Public sector Corporations. Much travelled overseas to attend trade fairs, business meetings & conferences, is now a Business cum management Consultant in the private sector, having retired from executive service.
