Lucy Thomas is a professional singer based in London.  Born in Dorset, she studied at the University of York and at Trinity College of Music.  She performs frequently in recital, oratorio and opera, and is a soloist with a number of Baroque ensembles.  Recent performances include the role of Clomiri in Handel's Imeneo at St John Smith Square and at the Llantillio Festival, a solo recital at the Chelsea Arts Club, and a programme of music by female Baroque composers at the Handel House Museum.  She sings in a number of London's professional church choirs, and as a choral singer has taken part in several performances broadcast live on BBC Radio 3.  As a soloist her work has been heard on BBC Radio 3's Late Junction, in a recording of Clive Wilkinson's I Joshua Tree, and also on BBC Radio Ulster singing Handel arias in a feature on the Handel House Museum.  In addition to performing, Lucy has also been involved in a number of education projects, and teaches singing in Central and South London.
