Welcome to this research website on Internet Technology. Currently, it does not have a proper title, so I will refer to it as "Internet Technology Research". Internet Technology Research is a place where information about our research are made accessible to the public. Hosted by Google Sites (previously known as Google Pages), this website serves as a portal for discussion on the research among the owners, and also among the readers. This website also provides the research document, available at the download section. Head over there, and get a copy for yourself! Feel free to browse through this website, as you are most welcomed here.
Our research is basically on the Internet Technologies that are and were used by humans. Specifically, this research is divided into four (4) broad categories. They are the network predecessors, web programming (and markup) languages, web browsers and search engine/directories. Each of us, the authors of this research, focused on a single category. The research was done within a time range of one month. During that time, we have done our research by using information mostly from the Internet itself, and also from books. We only touched on mainly the history of the technologies, as going further deep into the topics will involve sophisticated issues that are too technical for our level. By doing so, we managed to keep our research simple and easy for students to digest.
Below are the list of the categories reviewed in this research. You can also access them through the navigation bar situated at right side of the website.
