Gold Sponsors ($100) will receive 3 free entrance tickets to Unity Jam 2011 and 4 invitations to the Thank You Dinner.
Silver Sponsors ($75) will receive 2 free entrance tickets to Unity Jam 2011 and 3 invitations to the Thank You Dinner.
Bronze Sponsors ($50) will receive 1 free entrance ticket to Unity Jam 2011 and 2 invitations to the Thank You Dinner.
Steps to Register Step 1: Download and print the Info Packet and Contract found at the bottom of this page. Step 2: Sign the contract, scan it, and e-mail it to Jesenia Estrella at UnityJam.LTA@gmail.com. After the contract is received, you will be asked to submit a check for $100. You can also submit payment via PayPal (PayPal charges $3.20 for its service). You then have the option of donating the full $100 to Unity Jam to be recognized as a GOLD sponsor. If you choose to be reimbursed $25 after the event, you will be recognized as a SILVER sponsor. If you choose to be reimbursed $50, you will be recognized as a BRONZE sponsor. In addition, if your organization is present at the Unity Jam meetings, you will have a say in theme selection, DJ selection, etc. Step 4: After Unity Jam is over, we will have a recap meeting with financial reports indicating how much money was made after each organization receives their money back. ***Unity Jam Scholarship PRIVACY POLICY: Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. will NOT disclose any private information received from any scholarship applicant, nor is any information collected without the applicant's knowledge and consent.
