 Welcome to the LSC-Montgomery Honors Program Website
The Honors Program at Lone Star College-Montgomery provides enhanced learning opportunities for academically talented and highly motivated students as well as renewal and innovation for faculty. The Program is open to any LSC student who meets Honors admissions requirements. Courses and independent research are designed to engage and challenge students both inside and outside the classroom through course materials, innovative research, and close interaction with faculty. Opportunities to enrich the total college experience outside the classroom include travel, off-campus cultural events, community service, and special seminars.

Important Dates/Upcoming Events (See Calendar for Details)- Spring, '12 Honors Information Session will be held Monday, January 23, 2:30-4 p.m. at LSC-Montgomery, Building G, Room 102.
- Honors Contracts for the Spring, '12 semester will be due by 5pm, Friday, Feb. 3 (see documents for contract applications)
- LSCS Honors Program University Transfer Workshop hosted at LSC-Montgomery Friday, Feb. 24 from 11:30am to 4pm (lunch provided).
- March 30 - April 1: Great Plains Honors Council Conference (Kansas City, KS)
