While this site contains helpful club information such as dates and forms, please keep in mind that all of the information is subject to change. In order to make sure your club is up to date with all information necessary, please have your club's representative attend all club representative meetings (every Tuesday at 1:00pm (mod 14) in the orchestra/band room (71) beginning September 16).

Things to look out for:

Club Qualification Forms Are Due by Friday, September 12
All clubs (new and old) that wish to be official Student Body Council clubs for the Spring 2008 semester must submit a legible and completed club qualification form in student government box #86 by Friday, September 12. Please make sure to read the guidelines completely and to make a copy of the form for your records before turning one in. Forms can be found on the the club bulletin board (next to the attendance office) and on the forms page of this website.

Mandatory Club Presidents Meeting - Monday, September 15
3:45pm in the choir room
If the club president is not able to attend, (s)he must have another club officer attend and catch up with the information afterwards.

First Club Representative Meeting - Tuesday, September 16
1:00pm in the orchestra/band room (71) (<-- Please note change)
