Collaborative Selection Process

The Louisville Health Information Exchange (LouHIE) is conducting a search for a vendor who is interested in collaborating with LouHIE to design, build, and pilot CORE functionality for a Health Record Bank serving the Greater Louisville area. 
 
This procurement process is open to any vendor candidate who can provide the services needed for the Health Record Bank serving the Greater Louisville area.  LouHIE will be distributing the vendor selection notice using a number of different sources or channels.  LouHIE's sources and channels include:  State of Washington, State of Oregon, Health Record Banking Alliance, and LouHIE's distribution list. 
 
Key dates include:
  • Vendor selection document released - 08/22/2008 (complete)
  • Virtual vendor bidders conference - 08/29/2008 @ 1pm est - phone number: 1-712-580-7700 passcode: 7391865 (complete)
  • Vendor registration must be complete by - 09/15/2008 (complete)
  • Vendor questions are due - 09/05/2008 (complete)
  • Vendor responses are due - 10/03/2008 @ 5pm (complete)
  • Vendor 1hour oral tele-conferences are complete
  • Vendor in-person presentations are complete
  • Vendor finalist will be announced in January, 2009
