Charge:
The committee will:

Be comprised of individuals brought together to develop and oversee privacy and security policies and procedures for LouHIE.

This committee will work closely with, and be supported by the LouHIE management team, and the LouHIE compliance officer.

Educate individuals and organizations about committee findings and activities related to privacy and security.
Time Commitment and Responsibilities:

Attend committee meetings on a quarterly or as needed basis.

Be available for questions from LouHIE members, directors, or staff by phone and/or e-mail. |
