Ad Hoc Committee Charge
This ad-hoc functional committee will be comprised of members from all four quadrants. It will be chaired by the LouHIE Executive Director. The committee is charged with overseeing the RFP and selection process for selecting a core-services vendor for LouHIE. The criteria for the vendor selection will be based on what has been approved in the LouHIE business plan. The "business deal" dimensions of the vendor selection process will be guided by the LouHIE leadership team.
