Non-Core services are indicated as products or services that will integrate into the core infrastructure and provide increased value for the LouHIE marketplace.
The Core infrastructure includes: a health record bank account to capture health related information for the account holder, enable deposits and withdrawal of information, online viewer of personal information, personalized messaging and content, and provides for a fairly detailed individual management control service. The architectural elements that make up the core include: data acquistion capabilities, interface and management engine processors, master person identifier, seperate and distinct de-indentifiable repositories, and research capabilities.
