Our apartment was new when we purchased it 18 years ago. It is in a small private, quiet complex, ideally situated, being 10-15 minutes from the airport, (direction Cannes) 7 minutes by car to the sea and to the nearest village of Villeneuve Loubet. The beauty of the apartment is the nearness to all the places of interest yet it is in such a quiet location, you would think you were in the country. In the heat of the summer there is air from the sea, which is very refreshing. The pool is really lovely (20 seconds walk form the apartment) surrounded by flowers and foliage. The terrace is very large (200m) has outdoor lighting, is has superb private garden area surrounded with flowers, has a large patio table (sits 8/10). There is a full-length electric canopy. A new, large stone barbecue. There are 10 chairs and 4 sun loungers. Ideal area as you will have sun all day long. Ideal for soaking up the rays; with a glass of chilled white wine.
