"Life Without Art Is Like A Day Without Sunshine!"

I am a polio survivor, with a 26 year career as a medical language specialist.  I began oil painting as a hobby,  which emerged into a full time career when postpolio syndrome affected my life.  My artistic creativity has been focused on the cultural beauty of native americans, gypsies and nature. My paintings depict the beauty and romanticism of nomadic people living life from the earth, making my art unique, while the animals depict either the gentleness or ferocity associated with their nature.  Participating as an Artist in Residency through VSA Arts of Florida, encouraging creativity and sharing artistic knowledge with students who have disabilities. I am driven by the desire to create that which flows forth from a higher power.
