Morning team - I had a tooth pulled yesterday so I'm in a lil pain but I hope to be at the game tomorrow!!

Practice Makes Perfect! It is hard to work on the things we need to work on as a team when more than half the team is not present in practice. Lets work on this so that we can perfect our game. We made that team respect us, and many of the people watching gave us alot of respect as well. Our Defense is pretty much set (99.9%)! With practice and hard work things are looking up for us. Great job on yesterday! We finally got that "W". That team sold us short thinking we were the same team they played before. We've gotten better together as a team. I continue to see so much improvement in our skills as well as our mental game. Don't worry about the loss we took earlier yesterday. All that game did was test our mental toughness. Good Job bouncing back from something like that with a Win. I am so excited about us and all we've accomplished this far. I continue to get praises about our potential for leagues here after. The league commissioner (first baseman of Swift Kick) said we have improved tremendously. I will continue to let you know as we gain respect amongst the players around the league. I have a few shout-outs as always.

I'm not leaving anybody out intentionally but everyone did a great job, it was a great site to see with us all supporting one another and coming together as a team. THE MAJOR FACTOR IN THE SECOND GAME WAS HOW WE MAINTAINED OUR FOCUS AND STAYED POSITIVE REGARDLESS OF WHAT MISTAKES WERE MADE. Take that as a lesson in mental toughness. I've learned from comments around the league what impresses people most about us is how we stick together and play as a team. Many of these teams out there have great talent but they do not play as a team. Playing as a team is what wins games. A team with 10 talented individuals will not stand a chance against a team like us. We loose chains, but as a team we stay linked together, great job sticking together! Let that never change!

There’s no doubt in my mind that we are a championship team. When we all dig deep and really think about it the mistakes were minimal and we had more highlights then bad decisions. The only downside to making mistakes is making them while playing a team who knows how to exploit us. That is all that team did, exploit our mistakes. In other words WE beat ourselves in yesterday’s game. I am by no means pointing any fingers at anyone and no one else should be doing so either. We all did things that cost us runs on defense, and none of us were at all focused like we should have been on offense. What’s most disturbing about that is these are the things we practice over and over again. Each and every one of us is well prepared for what any team may throw our way on any given Sunday. Maybe this was a lesson? A lesson to show us that we need to be more attentive and focused in practice so that when it comes to games where we need that edge to get us over the hump to victory we can remain focused on the things we already know how to do.

Another thing I noticed was the broken chain of command.
I cannot say this any clearer than the truth. There is no excuse for negativity. It’s in our nature as human-beings to have opinions about things related to the team. We all have things we would like to express and feelings about what’s best for Loose Chains. I am not trying to discourage anyone from having and expressing their opinions by any means. What I would like to address is the way in which your opinion is expressed. There are some players on this team who hurt us when they express their opinion as sidebar comments during games. This makes for a negative atmosphere and it only hurts the team. Many players on our team properly discuss their concerns with the coaching staff and out of respect for the team reframe from making those comments out of turn or in a negative manner. The proper way to address any concerns or opinions during games is to go directly to the coaching staff and make it known what your concern is. Eg. If you notice something about the other team that may be beneficial to us exploiting them on offense let the coaching staff know so it can be address. If you have any suggestions about the team eg. Line-ups, defense, etc let the coaching staff know and if changes need to be made we will address them accordingly. Again, I can not stress enough how important this is. On yesterday we had a few players who were frustrated due to the side comments and criticism coming from other players. This only hurts the team. If it continues then there will be some changes made to our personnel. We cannot afford to have this be a problem week to week. I think we all are a great group of people, and I want us to continue having fun as we do each and every week. The result of the comments and criticism made from players on our team cost us our mental focus on yesterday, and that is key to winning games. And as dedicated players and members of Loose Chains it is important to have fun and win games, we do not have time for negative people. Have faith in knowing that when expressed properly your comments and concern will all be address accordingly. There are players on the team who know this to be true and I would like to thank them for remaining loyal and respectful to the team. After saying all that, we have a new chain to loose this Sunday so it’s “Back to the Lab”! Let’s Look Forward To Winning And Continuing The Mission Of Making Our Statement In This League. It’s No Question The RE Chain Will Come Back Around Again And We’ll Be Ready! Let’s Focus And Prepare For What’s Next. No Mercy! We Have More Chains To Loose! See You All In The Dirt!! Loose Chains On 3!!!!

Yea we took that Hit on the Chin!!!! That was a EYE OPENER!!!! So now we can regroup and get our game on and Focus on US winning out the rest of the season!!!

Its tough to beat experience. Yesterday's loss was not in vain.
Although we did not get the end result of a Win, we truly made a
statement on defense. Its important that we achieve balance with our
game. And without a doubt it will come, and it begins with being
focused. Focused on Defense and focused on Offense. Both Week 1 and
Week 2 we were aggressive on offense and we were able to score runs.
Yesterday we struggled to focus on attacking our opponent offensively.
This will be our focus this week in practice, so take advantage and
work on being an offensive threat. Remember Lady's and Gent's, only
30% of this game is physical, the other 70% is mental. Keep your
Heads Loose Chains! Win, Lose, or Draw we are a force and people see
that we are on the way up as a team. Hang in there and BELIEVE we are
what so many know us to be! ONE OF THE BEST!
