Everything you do has a ripple effect that can positively impact your life both inside and outside of the pool. When you choose to properly fuel your body and get proper rest, you tend to feel better, absorb information more efficiently, and as a result become a better swimmer. With the holiday break almost upon us, swimmers should consider making choices that will have positive ripples in their training. Continue with at-home training programs and landrilling routines. When we return in January, all competitive teams will be quickly entering the competition season, let’s return ready to train hard!
