Important Dates for 2011-2012 School Year

*Deadline Passed* Senior Photo, Baby Photo, and Activities Due- Friday Janurary 6th
Business Ad Forms Due- Friday March 30th

Last Day to order 2011-2012 Yearbook- Friday April 27th
************************************SENIORS IMPORTANT************************************** Deadline to hand in Senior photos, baby pics, and activity forms (put name on them) is Jan. 6th. The Friday we return from break. Please put photos in an evnvelope with your 8th period teacher on it so we can quickly return them to you. If you do not have an 8th period please put them in a self address envelope so we can mail them to you. You can also email your photos to Mrs. Dorman at jessica.dorman@logan-elm.k12.oh.us .
*******So we can return your photos quickly, please put all forms and photos in an envelope with your name, 1st and last period class on it, if you do not have classes at Logan Elm please put them in a self addressed envelope.********
All forms are available in the front office. Or you can print them out by clicking the link at the top that says "forms" **************************************************************************************************************
If you would like to order the 2012 yearbook please fill out the purple form and submit your payment of $60. Forms can be picked up and returned to the front office.
2011 Graduates may pick up thier book in the front office from Mrs. Wagner. Any student picking up a book for a graduate must have a note from that graduate to pick up the book.
If you odered a late book and have not gotten it yet then please stop by and see Mrs. Dorman before school. If you would still like to order a 2011 yearbook we still have a few for sale, pick up and return yellow form in the office with your payment of $65. Or see Mrs. Dorman before school and she can give you the book when you pay.
