In this role, she leads and
directs all work associated with stewardship and oversight of the Kaiser
Permanente brand. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Diane was senior vice president of Marketing and Communications at Sharp HealthCare, the largest integrated delivery system serving San Diego County. She also led The Sharp Experience—a performance improvement initiative designed to make Sharp HealthCare the best place to work, practice medicine, and receive care. Previously, she was vice president of Customer and Market Strategy for Catholic Health Initiatives’ national office in Denver, one of the largest nonprofit health care systems in the U.S. For 10 years, Diane owned The Gage Group, a full-service public relations and marketing agency in San Diego. She has published seven books and written scores of national magazine articles discussing topics ranging from business and personal relationships to management and marketing. Her writing has appeared in publications such as Good Housekeeping, Ladies Home Journal, Health, Seventeen, McCalls, Brides, Modern Bride, Reader's Digest and others. Margaret Bhola Margaret Bhola, an associate with MorrisonMcNabb, has an extensive background in business, sales, marketing and human relations. She gained a reputation in the business sector by becoming a top National Sales Producer for several large companies and for being an effective leader and team coach. She has been a featured speaker and trainer at the national level. Her expertise with both large and small companies is in distinguishing barriers to success and designing actions that result in higher sales, profits and revenues, as well as customer and employee satisfaction. Through her work with thousands of people, Margaret has honed the skill to listen for the keys in conversations that allow her to facilitate effective action in a group so that everyone is engaged, empowered and contributing. Her commitment to breakthrough results engages people in a way that accomplishment and action result effortlessly. In Margaret’s work with leaders, her focus is not on what you need to “know and do” to be an effective leader, but rather on the “who you are” aspects of leadership. Margaret was a teacher and principal for eight years and has traveled internationally.She has brought her role as a leader to serving in a variety of volunteer positions in foundations on issues such as youth violence, poverty, education and entrepreneurship. Margaret has mentored Micro-Credit Foundations in expanding their presence from a local to global level. She is currently on the Board of the San Diego Women’s Foundation. |
