Bristol City Council has identified that the Parkinson and Woolaway type of pre-cast reinforced concrete (PRC) housing are in need of rebuilding. The PRC Redevelopment Project has therefore been set up to consider solutions, consult with affected residents and progress the necessary redevelopment of these properties.
