I began my career as a loan officer an early age, eventually being licensed in 2 states. My wife and I then became the owners of a successful mortgage company here in the Troy Area, Michigan X-Press Mortgage, LLC DBA X-Press Mortgage, LLC and Structure Financial, LLC since June of 2003.

Here, I specialized in the financing aspect of the real-estate loans, securing home equity loans for hundreds of individuals and businesses.

Coming full circle, I again joined the real estate industry, this time on the mortgage side, taking advantage of my expertise in the credit world, as well as my past experience as a loan officer.

Having spent half of my entire career around the
