My data importer isn't working

There may be times due to issues with the internet that your Loaded application will stop sending data. The first thing you will notice is that your reports aren't up to date.

The loaded Data Importer usually sits on your task-bar, just to the left of your clock:

If there has been an error with your importer it will probably appear red:


 
To get your Loaded application sending data again
 
1.    Right click on the Loaded Icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
 


2.    Click "Start Importer" to restart the importer

The importer will now attempt to reconnect to Loaded Reports, and should continue uploading your data.
 

If it still isn't working correctly the Loaded Icon on the bottom right hand of your screen will be red rather than blue. This means you have a problem with one of the following.
 
1. Incorrect username or password

2. Cannot connect to wizbang

3. Cannot connect to Loaded Reports, check your internet connection

4. Other


In most cases, running the Importer Configuration Wizard should get everything back up and running again.
