These reports break down which of your staff are selling the most/least of specific products, categories or courses. We will use ‘courses’ as our example, however exactly the same methods apply when creating the category and product reports. The above report shows the total ‘course’ breakdown. Mains are the top selling course with $2561 sales. The staff list at the bottom shows the highest selling course for each staff member and the value. If you click on the staff members name (in blue) the below individual report will be created. This shows you how each team member is selling. In the above example ‘Jade D’ has sold 21 mains and 11 deserts (52%). This may be the benchmark that other staff can now aim for. As you know, maximizing sales is all about up-selling! |
