Download the importer 1. Select an importer version that matches your till system
2. A window will open asking what you want to do with a file called LoadedSetup.exe. Click ‘Save File’. 3. Save the file to the desktop or somewhere you are able to easily find it
Run the Loaded setup application 1. When the download is finished, click on the LoadedSetup.exe file from your desktop or wherever you saved it 2. The setup application will load and guide you through the installation process Follow the configuration wizard The Loaded configuration wizard will appear and set up your Loaded importer for its first import. 1. The wizard will first check to see that it can connect to your till system. You shouldnt have to change anything here unless you have a problem, so just hit next. If you do have a problem find out how to manually set this up by clicking here. 2. On the following screen enter your username and password and hit next. Your username and password are specific to your site. If you want to setup another site you will need to got through the singup process again 3. The setup wizard will now get your site details and finish the setup 4. Click the finish button to finish installation 5. After the installation has finished, the Loaded data importer should start automatically, and will start each time your computer starts 6. You can also start it from the start menu under Loaded data importer 7. It may take up to 24 hours to complete your first data download depending on how long your site has been operating for, once this is completed you will be able to look at reports all the way back until you opened Now proceed to Login to your account |
