Announcements: I am excited to be back at Red Mill as the part-time guidance counselor!  I am at Red Mill on Mondays and Tuesdays.  I work with Kindergarten and 2nd grade.

In Kindergarten, I will be teaching why rules are important. We will talk about: Raising Your Hand; Sitting Quietly; and Listening to Others.  We will discuss feelings and good manners.

I will be teaching 2nd grade students about being a  good listener and following directions.  We will discuss the connection between good listening and success in school.  We will practice our listening skills with several fun exercises.
