Who I am...

I am a digital product designer with over 10 years’ experience in workflow & interaction design, user research and usability testing. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University and Master of Arts in Social Anthropology from York University.

My focus is to help your company achieve a strong brand by delivering the best customer experience to your targeted segments.

I am based in Toronto, Canada. I have worked on location with project teams, as well as remotely interacting with virtual teams across North America, using videoconferencing, email, IM and telephone calls.

Interaction Design - designing the workflow and behaviour of your software and interactive products.

User Research - planning and conducting user research activities, applying the findings throughout the design process, and identifying new product opportunities and market segments based on the findings.

Usability Testing - evaluating the usability of your products or service to identify customer’s challenges and pain points with the goal of improving the customer experience.
