How far have you gone since your first step in school, or in your company? What have you become? If your response to these questions is unclear, you won't be able to overcome the challenges ahead of you.

This chapter is intended to teach the value of the 'becoming' rather than the 'getting.' Many people don;t get what they want because they get it.

In the latter portion, I declared the idea that "success must not be pursued." It is attracted to us. 

I stressed also that life is a process. You need to become first, before you ca do, before you can have. 

There are many people who have asked me: Why didn't I able to get it? I answer them quickly, it's not for you.

Many opportunities come and go. And then go and go. They pass through us. And then we say "it's not for me." 

True. But there is something that can be done. To overcome the challenges, we must be prepared for them.
