La Jolla Country Day Roller Hockey 2009-10

We're in a rebuilding mode this year, having lost four players from last year, including our captain and All Conference player Ben Sweeney.  We will rely on three returning players -- All Conference player and new captain James Owsiany, new assistant captain Sam Brink, and All League player and goalie Cameron Bryant-Sowka.   We're lucky to have four new freshman -- Zach Feldman, Nick Georgino, Scott Ibsen, and Ryan Owsiany.  This gives us another short roster, but all are experienced hockey players.  We play South Bay League rivals three times each and five non-league games: three against North County teams -- West Hills, Scripps Ranch, and Rancho Bernardo -- and two against Mesa League teams -- Bonita Vista and Chula Vista.
