If penalties are changed teens will be frightened of what could happen if they were caught. Teens will/could end up stopping all together or just not drinking in large amounts. This will greatly benefit the teen and the world. If less teens are drinking less deaths occur, money is not wasted, and teens do not ruin their lives. If penalties are not changed teens will end up deeply hurting themselves or others. Drinking at young ages can result in many problems to your body later in life. If teens keeping drinking at the pace they are many will be sick for life. If consequences are not stronger death rates will go up, teens will not have educations, and communities will be lost.
If programs are started teens may realize what they are doing and how bad it is. When teens realize what they are doing it will hit them it’s wrong and needs to be changed. If programs are started alcohol use in teens will lower, deaths and injures will be rare due to alcohol, and many teens will exceed in education or sports.
