"Nationally, six individuals between the ages of 15 ans 20 die each day in motor crashes invovling alcohol," (http://www.ncdd.com). Teenage alcohol use is a major problem in the United States. Teens feel its okay to drink even though it’s against the law. Teens and others are injured or killed everyday due to alcohol, and alcohol abuse in teens is increasing. If we want our future to be healthy and safe we need to take action and stop what teens feel is okay. Many feel teen drinking has not gotten out of hand. But, think about this, if for every teen that drank someone was killed we wouldn’t be here after a couple of years. Teens do get punished for what they’re doing but it’s not enough to scare them away from not drinking. Also, Teens are not educated on what their doing or what could happen, so how could we blame them for what they don’t know?
