The MESA Leadership Conference was a outreach/mentoring event. MESA High School students arrived early Saturday morning to learn about being a leader and the importance a leader possess. The LI officers served as mentors for these high school students, whom are the officers of their respected MESA clubs. In addition, the officers participated in a student panel about leadership. Some questions asked:

• What does being a leader entail?
• Which would you be? A leader? A follower? Neither?
