How do you handle discipline? (we are NOT allowed by Human Services regulations, to ever strike any child!) I love kids and I love being able to spend time with them all day. I love being creative and artsy, so this is a perfect combination. 22. What do you feel is your strongest point as a licensed child care provider? Working on my Qualistar rating has been the biggest eye opener for me. I realized there are always ways to improve care. Each year they come out with more and more valuable information on teaching these little guys. So I feel all of my research and education in a strong point for me. 23. What makes your child care home special? Each child care is different. You have to find the one that fits best with your family. I believe that my daycare is unique in the fact that it is always changing, for the better. I am always going to classes to learn new ways to arrange the daycare room, which toys to buy, what activities to teach, etc. I love my job and I love learning different ways to teach children.
