Minister's Guides
Provides an outline of the rite, plus the text of the Sunday gospel reading on a single sheet (double-sided).  These sheets are given to ministers sent forth from Sunday Mass to take communion to the sick.



Information Card for Priest
To be completed and placed on the altar by the Communion Minister with the pyx.  This will help the priest to know how many hosts are needed, and to advise parishioners of those who are sick.
