* Microsoft Word and Excel viewers allow computer users without Word or Excel installed to view Word and Excel documents they receive from Word and Excel users. Users of Windows XP and higher don't need to download WinZip, as these versions of Windows have the ability to create, and extract and open compressed (zipped) folders.
