Leave everything default. c) Click on “Create page”. d) Copy and Paste your whole article in the new page. e) Now copy and paste the name of the article from header portion of the present page into the “How to Cite This Article” after “Your name and year of publication of the present article. f) Copy and paste the present URL address of the page from Address bar of present article to the “How to Cite This Article” after “from” word. g) Now gives the article’s “How to Cite This Article” reference page todays date after “Retrieved” word. h) Now by pressing “Ctrl + A” select all the content of the current page and make it 12 font by selecting from “10 pt” from above of the page. i) Now by going through"Format" select option "Clear Formatting". j) Now reformat the present article to give a nice look that is by making heading up to three level "bold" and without any blank space among paragraphs. k) Save the page by clicking on the “Save” button above. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 6. Getting Editorship Right to the Article(s) of the Encyclopaedia a) Three months after submitting your last of the maximum of five number of articles to the Encyclopaedia, and considering your other activities in the real life situation, if found fitted you will be automatically be assigned the Editorship Right to the Encyclopaedia as a whole and to your own article(s) in particular to keep everything up to date. Note: i) Assigning and withdrawing the Editorship right to the “Online Encyclopaedia of Library and Information Science” will be at the sole discretion of the Site Administrator and there are no hard and fast rules to get the Editorship Right. The Site administrator decision in this regard will be final.
