Rest easy. Lipikar 3.0.0 RC2, for all practical purposes, is a fully functional regular version.

During September 2006, I decided that version 3.0.0 will not be complete without an off-line help feature. This help file is still under construction. Till that is complete, Lipikar 3.0.0 will be continued to be considered as a beta version by me. Just a whim!

• Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/XP/NT/2000.
  (May not run on Vista. If you had been able to run Lipikar on Vista, please let me know about it)

• About 6 MB of free disk space (4 MB if you already have VB6-SP6 runtime files). Optional font files will be extra.
  

• A maximum of about 20 MB of free memory.

• Minimum screen size of 800x600 in 16-bit color.
  (above setting may introduce some vignette, 1024x768 recommended)

• Normal screen resolution of 96 dpi.
