The 2012 49th District 201N3 Convention will be held 2nd to 4th November, 2012 at Singleton, hosted by Lions Club of Singleton. The main convention business venue is the Singleton Civic Centre. {see map below}

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

Conventioneers must book their own accommodation.

The Convention Organising Committee [COC] have advised that they are aware that accommodation can be difficult to find in Singleton.

HOWEVER, the COC has been able to reserve selected accommodation to be held for conventioneers to book for the convention weekend at the following motels BUT these must be released if not booked before October 1, 2012. Of course they may well be taken up much earlier by intending conventioneers. When booking, you must quote "Lions Convention"

For caravanners,

As at end February, approximately 30 powered sites are available at Singleton Showground from 1st - 6th November at a cost of $23 per night. These must be booked through John Findlay on 0413 024 169.
