My fiance, James A. Sablan, Sr., and myself, Sarah Matlock, have reported the
abduction of our child to all Napa County authorities. Our son's name is James
Matlock Funes, and he is eight months old. The abductors are:

Rebecca and Jeffrey Feeney of St. Helena, California.

Bryan Sardoch of the Napa County Sherriff's Department performed a "welfare
check" after the criminal abduction was reported at the Feeney's residence.
He verified that our child is there, and assigned this case number: #NSD08002427.

Bryan Sardoch did not ask the unlawful custodians/detainers of our child to show
any paperwork whatsoever, and then left our infant son James Matlock Funes with
the abductors, at:

1094 Valley View St. in St. Helena, California.

Napa County has not arranged for a single contact or the recovery of our child.

They are now advocates of child stealing.

Napa County has grilled us, the blood parents of the abducted child, for our
paperwork and proof of parental rights, while never once asking for or requiring
any paperwork of the abductors or the guardians who abandoned the child.

We have provided guardianship papers twice, and we provided verification from
the court itself explicitly stating that our parental rights were never terminated
and that only the guardians are authorized to care for James.

Napa County authorities still refuse to act.

Mr. Jeffrey Feeney has a felony weapons charge and a felony DUI among other
offenses, and he now is committing felony abduction and conspiracy. Should Mr.
Feeney be detaining our child?

The answer is no.

Napa County authorities are now committing a heinous crime with full knowledge.

We are willing to take lie detector tests, voice analysis tests, swear under oath, and
take any other test proving that these above stated facts are the absolute truth.
Are you?

Our paperwork and the circumstances of this case prove beyond the shadow of a
doubt that Napa County authorities have abducted our child, and that they are
fully corrupt.

They have refused to ask the proper questions and make arrests. This is a
Title 18 Violation under Crimes and Criminal Procedure, and is a Color of Law matter
for abuse of authority, which we will file with the Justice Department.

This also falls under Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, and Conspiracy to
Deprive of Rights.

the Internet as fact. We feel that Napa County should compensate us also for putting us
through this inhumane and heart wrenching ordeal, depriving us our our rights, and
victimizing/endangering our son.

Performance or Acceptance Under Reservation of Rights.

(1) A party who with explicit reservation of rights performs or promises performance or
assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not
thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Such words as "without prejudice", "under protest"
or the like are sufficient.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an accord and satisfaction.
