         linwin2k is a moniker for the Indian Linux Users' Group - Coimbatore. We are a heterogeneous group of computer users from the South Indian city of Coimbatore (Kumaraguru College Of Technology), united in our use and support of Free Software in general and the GNU/Linux operating system in particular.

            Many of our linwin2k meetings see a technical talk not necessarily on GNU/Linux but also on FSF/GNU related topics such as Perl, MySql, PHP. We count amongst our members- doctors, academics, architects, school and college students, journalists, entrepreneurs, hobbyists and enthusiasts, and of course, IT professionals!!! :)
