Trey's Dry BBQ Rub

Use on pork ribs or ham before smoking, baking, or with the pulled pork recipe, for extra kick.

Ingredients: 
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
Mix all ingredients in jar, cover and shake well to mix. Sprinkle rub liberally on meat. Allow to stand 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature until rub appears wet, then bake or smoke meat as directed.
