White Chicken Chili

Mild, with a kick.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups chicken broth/stock
  • 4 cups (or 2 cans) Great Northern beans, cooked
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 pounds frozen corn (or 4 cans)
  • 2 cups Pace mild picante
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ground chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground sage

In a large stock pot, combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.  Serve with tortilla chips.
