Linus J. Luotsinen is currently employed as a scientist at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI) in Stockholm, Sweden.

Linus received a PhD degree from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in December 2007. He also received a Master of Science degree from UCF in December 2004 and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Computer Engineering department at the University of Dalarna, Sweden, in May 2002.
