Round Table Fun Day

At our stall we provided healthy snacks for kids and adults alike - oatcakes with Venison pate and smoked salmon mousse, cheese slices made with puff pastry, spinach and Scottish cheddar (Lairig Gru) and Goats cheese (Glazert), and also Frangipane tarts made with locally supplied strawberries and raspberries. To drink we had pressed apple juice from Kent.

The event went well, and the food was served by Michael, Rebecca and Alan, with Carol giving much help in the setting up of the stall.

·       Findlaters of Linlithgow for donating the Venison and Pancetta poached in whisky pate

·       Craigies Farm for supplying the Strawberries and Raspberries

·       Cress company of Dunfermline for supplying the Benbecula Oatcakes

·       Chegworth Valley company of Kent for donating the Apple Juice

  •     Carlien of Patisserie Dujardin for making the delicious frangipane tarts
