At our stall we provided healthy snacks for kids and adults alike - oatcakes with Venison pate and smoked salmon mousse, cheese slices made with puff pastry, spinach and Scottish cheddar (Lairig Gru) and Goats cheese (Glazert), and also Frangipane tarts made with locally supplied strawberries and raspberries. To drink we had pressed apple juice from Kent. The event went well, and the food was served by Michael, Rebecca and Alan, with Carol giving much help in the setting up of the stall.
