Catherine Gazzoli, the Chief Executive of Slow Food UK, and Henry Hoffman, Operations Manager, are coming to Scotland to visit some of the convivia. They are coming to Linlithgow on the evening of Sunday 13th September and we are going to have a meal for them in Epulum at 6.30pm. They would like to meet as many Slow Food Linlithgow members, as possible, and to tell us all about the future plans for Slow Food UK, answer our questions, and see what’s going on in our area. Everyone is very welcome – members and supporters - and for those of you who come along to our events and are thinking of joining Slow Food it’s a great opportunity to meet Catherine and Henry and to hear more about the UK movement. Slow Food Linlithgow is hosting the meal for everyone and there is no charge. We just ask that you bring along something to drink – wine, beer, lemonade, whatever - for yourselves and possibly to share. Please let us know by Monday 7th September if you’d like to come so we have an idea of numbers for catering. We’re hoping to have a good turnout for our visitors!
