Report - September Market

posted 2 Oct 2009 06:00 by Slow Food Linlithgow   [ updated 6 Oct 2009 19:17 ]
The September Farmers Market was fortunate to be bathed in lovely, if somewhat watery, sunshine with only the occasional gust of wind tugging at our leaflets.
Catriona & Alan guided people through a tasting of a whole series of chutneys, including some donated by members. It was also the first time we got to showcase the brand new leaflets from Slow Food UK & gave up some stall space to our friends over at Linlithgow Aspires.
The market itself was a triumph, well attended and with a great selection of stallholders;

Chrystal's - Wonderful Traditional Hand-Made Scottish Shortbread from Helensbourgh
