At the AGM held in Livingston's Restaurant on 8th February 2011 we reviewed the previous year's activities, and reluctantly concluded that the Group had reduced to a size that it meant it was no longer viable, and that we should amalgamate with Slow Goof Edinburgh. A further meeting will be scheduled to deal with the transfer of assets, and use of the remaining Bank Balance to provide a food related feature in Linlithgow - possible fruit trees in the Orchard.
