An Auto-Adaptive System is a theoretical and software platform featuring unit of knowledge stucturing organization and machine states creation in real-time, i-e, to develop program without programming language, upper the knowledge level (Allen Newell, DBLP bibtex). What does it means ? It means ou can automate a task directly with your knowledge, none API, none programming language. You use your reflexion and your analysis feature to find the good questions to solve a problem. It is a next generation of expert system. How does it works ? In a real or virtual world: Inputs --> AAS --> Outputs <------------------------------------| The AAS use multiple ontologies where unit of knowledge are distributed in a massive number of processes, a kind of "stem cell". All elements in the system are structurally organized and reflexive. Where are the units of knowledge ? On Internet or on a private knowledge base. What is an Input and an Output ? A real or virtual sensor and effector. It's like a widget for the AAS. We have to develop new widgets to manage an unknown input or output, for now. Is there industrialization possibilities ?
